Shippings
All orders are carefully processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard international delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and carrier efficiency. During peak seasons or public holidays, processing and transit times may be slightly extended due to higher order volumes or customs clearance.
We also offer express shipping options for most regions. Express delivery generally arrives within 2–6 business days after dispatch. Exact options and pricing will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by local customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. While we cannot predict or control these costs, we always ensure proper documentation to help your package clear customs smoothly.

RETURNS
We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. For hygiene reasons, certain products — such as earrings or personalized pieces — may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will provide detailed return instructions and the correct return address. Unauthorized or incorrectly addressed returns may not be accepted.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your parcel reaches us safely. Please retain the tracking receipt for your records.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, our team will be happy to assist — simply let us know your desired replacement item, and we’ll arrange it based on product availability.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll handle your case with priority and offer either a replacement or a full refund once verified.
